The Compliance Policy and Advice team plays a key role in supporting the Group to deliver fair customer outcomes and meet conduct regulatory requirements. Acting as both Trusted Advisors and Critical Friends to the first line, the team identifies, interprets and tracks emerging regulation, providing clear, pragmatic advice and effective challenge to ensure regulatory and conduct risks are considered in all decision-making.
We have an opportunities to join the team on a FTC basis as a Senior Compliance Advisor to operate within a small, experienced and supportive team, offering exposure across all areas of compliance and the opportunity to work independently.
The role involves providing second-line oversight and practical advice on conduct and regulatory matters, translating complex FCA and Consumer Duty requirements into clear, practical guidance to support effective implementation across a broad range of products and services. It contributes to effective governance and the management of conduct risk, helping to ensure good customer outcomes and the prevention of foreseeable harm through proportionate, well-controlled activity.
