This is a brilliant opportunity for a compliance professional with payments experience and strong Information Security knowledge to step into a highly client-facing advisory role, working across a broad portfolio of regulated firms and innovative projects. The Role You will join as a Senior Compliance Associate within a specialist payments advisory function, supporting clients with practical, commercially focused compliance guidance. Working alongside senior consultants and subject matter experts, you'll gain exposure across authorisations, advisory, audit and managed services within the payments and e-money space. What You Will Do Deliver high-quality compliance work products for a range of payments clients Manage and support multiple concurrent engagements across authorisations, advisory, audit and managed services Partner with clients to understand their business model and help design and implement regulatory strategy Undertake compliance audits and produce clear recommendations to drive and evidence regulatory compliance Keep ahead of evolving regulatory requirements and contribute insights into best practice across the team What's in It for You A genuine development platform with direct exposure to senior leaders and industry specialists Variety in your work, with exciting client projects across the payments landscape Hybrid working in Belfast within a collaborative, high-performing team environment Strong long-term progression potential as the wider business continues to scale Requirements 2+ years' experience in a compliance role gained in-house within financial services or within a professional services advisory business Strong analytical ability with confidence interpreting complex information Professional, clear communicator with the ability to engage credibly with clients and colleagues Excellent organisational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously High attention to detail and pride in quality of delivery Curious, proactive mindset with a drive to build technical depth and long-term consultancy capability Information Security experience with ISO 27001 (or equivalent) as a core requirement Collegiate, team-oriented approach, while taking ownership for your workstreams and deliverables What's the next step?
