Job Description
My Client is a specialist property management company in South West London who are looking for a confident, detail‑driven Senior Compliance Manager to take full ownership of compliance across a diverse residential and commercial portfolio. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves structure, thrives on responsibility, and enjoys being the steady, knowledgeable backbone of a growing business.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating, scheduling, updating systems and issuing all GSIs, EICRs, EPCs and Fire Risk Assessments
Registering, managing works, updating systems and overseeing RRO requirements for HMOs
Handling incoming calls and supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations
Carrying out regular property inspections and ensuring all findings are actioned
Managing commercial leases, inventories and key control
Overseeing commercial maintenance and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
