Senior Compliance Manager - Projects

Retail Savings & Investments FinTech

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days office, 3 days WFH per week)

Salary: To c£100k + bonus (to 20%)

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the Compliance lead for complex cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, providing robust, pragmatic regulatory advice and challenge to new business models, product concepts and technological innovation from inception.

You’ll also make recommendations on enhancements to existing core processes, governance and product oversight and play a key role in their implementation.

You’ll conduct proactive horizon scanning and assessment of emerging regulations and market trends relevant to the business, ensuring the firm is prepared for future regulatory change.

What you’ll need

You’ll be an experienced Compliance specialist with strong experience of working in a Retail Investments environment and will be very familiar with the regulatory requirements impacting the sector, including MiFID II, COBS, PROD, Consumer Duty etc.

You’ll also have a proven track record of supporting business projects and providing advice and challenge to senior management.
