Senior Compliance Manager

Job Description
A Lloyd's broker is currently seeking a Senior Compliance Manager.
This role would suit if you have at least 5 years' experience gained in insurance compliance, gained at a Lloyd's broking house. The role will develop quickly and it is expected that you will progress to Head of Compliance within two years.
You'll join a small team and will report directly into the Compliance Director. Working on a hybrid basis, you will work from the office 3 days per week.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Support the development of the firm's risk and compliance framework
- Provide compliance oversight
- Advise brokers and other stakeholders on compliance matters
- Embed a compliance culture across the firm
