Company description: Join our dynamic Office of the General Counsel (OGC) at Addleshaw Goddard as a Senior Conflicts Advisory Lawyer, where youll play a key role in managing risk and compliance for a growing, international law firm. Working within the Conflicts Advisory Team, youll collaborate with colleagues across the UK and globally to assess new client work and resolve complex conflicts issues.
Job description: Conduct legal and regulatory analysis of potential conflicts and confidentiality issues Liaise with Partners and fee earners to understand conflicts and client relationships Facilitate resolutions to conflicts issues with Partners, stakeholders, and senior management Identify wider commercial, risk, and reputational issues at the conflict clearance stage Input into and improve policies and procedures for managing conflicts and compliance Supervise and mentor members of the Conflicts Advisory and Conflicts Teams Act as a point of escalation for complex conflicts search request
