Client Overview:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile built environment project in London. The role requires strong technical, scheduling, and financial management expertise to oversee contractor delivery teams, designers, and professional services while acting as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction delivery, managing contractors on schedule and budget
• Identify and mitigate risks (permits, budget, timelines)
• Serve as main point of contact between owner/developer and design teams
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including Client
• Provide regular progress reporting to senior leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage project closure and capture lessons learned

Essential Requirements:

• Proven technical construction and methodology expertise
• Financial management experience
• Knowledge of contracts (JCT/NEC)
• Detailed scheduling skills (Primavera, MS Project)
• Expert knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in construction
