Senior Consultant, Intelligent Automation Consultant – D&ET – TC – Belfast & Londonderry/Derry

Your Key Responsibilities
Intelligent Automation Solution design.
Design, build, deploy and manage automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform and other technologies such as Python.
Engage with clients at all levels across the organisation, both business & technology functions.
Nurture long‑term trusted advisor relationships.
Train and manage junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables.
Respond sensitively to client requirements and provide subject‑matter expertise.
Act as a pragmatic, adaptable problem solver that embraces defining innovative solutions to unique problems.
Be a dedicated, quick learner who continuously builds capability in own skill set and can master key technical, functional and professional skills.
Be proficient in written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Show interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.
Research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in Intelligent Automation.
Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, UiPath, BluePrism, Pega, Automation Anywhere and/or other relevant tools.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
