What You’ll Do

You’ll help clients answer the questions that matter most:

What should our organisation look like? How should work flow? What roles truly create value?

In this role, you will:

• Lead organisation design and operating model workstreams
• Analyse structures, data and roles to shape evidence‑based design options
• Run high‑energy client workshops to explore choices and align leaders
• Work closely with senior executives to support decision‑making
• Build OD solutions that are practical, scalable and grounded in insight

What You Bring

You’re someone who can zoom out to see the system and zoom in to solve the detail.

You bring:

• Experience in organisation design and/or operating model design
• Strong analytical skills (data, patterns, logic, structure)
• Confidence facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders
• Consulting experience OR in‑house expertise in complex environments
• Curiosity, resilience and the drive to make organisations better
