*REWARD & COMPENSATION ROLE*

SENIOR DATA SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT FOR GLOBAL CONSULTING FIRM

(Experience in Consulting required.)

London Office – Hybrid (2.5 days per week in Office)

Role will involve:

• Commercial Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to expand client base and enhance data coverage across Europe. This includes identifying potential markets, leveraging industry networks, and developing tailored compensation solutions that address regional needs and trends.
• Data Analysis & Insights – Utilise data analytics to build market compensation trends within each sector. Translate large datasets into actionable insights and providing clients with a clear understanding of their market positioning.
• Benchmarking & Market Research – Conduct comprehensive benchmarking studies on the qualitative mechanics of compensation plans and broader HR topics across EMEA. Provide insights and recommendations on salary structures, bonuses and equity that align with the latest trends and best practices in across the sectors.
• Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with EMEA clients, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring compensation solutions to meet their specific needs. Deliver presentations and reports to client groups that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to the tech & general industry community.
• Market Intelligence – Stay informed about the latest developments in each sector. Including emerging roles, skills in demand and shifting compensation trends. Share insights with clients to help them stay ahead in attracting and retaining talent.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Proven experience in compensation consulting with a focus on data advisory and benchmarking for the professional services, retail, manufacturing, tech, pharma/life sciences industries
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modelling, statistical analysis and Excel.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
