Senior Consultant — Consolidation & Performance Management

London or Midlands | Hybrid | Travel to client sites required

Base salary up to £70,000 + 15% bonus


A growing and highly agile consulting firm is looking to hire a Senior Consultant to support continued expansion across its performance management and consolidation practice.

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team where you will work directly alongside company leadership, contributing to delivery, client relationships, and the wider growth of the business. As the organisation expands, there is clear scope for increasing responsibility and influence.


The Role

You will be responsible for delivering consolidation and performance management solutions to clients across a range of sectors, working closely with stakeholders to design and implement effective reporting and planning frameworks.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering consolidation and performance management solutions to clients
  • Supporting full project lifecycles from design through to delivery
  • Working directly with senior stakeholders and finance teams
  • Contributing to client development and ongoing engagements
  • Playing an active role in shaping delivery standards as the business grows


About You

  • Experience working with Tagetik is strongly preferred
  • Experience with other consolidation tools will also be considered
  • Planning experience would be advantageous
  • Background in financial consolidation and reporting environments
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting role
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required
  • Based in or able to travel to London or the Midlands
