Senior Contract & Supplier Manager/ Hybrid Location: Manchester or London

A senior leadership role managing complex, high‑value supplier contracts that are critical to the delivery and security of the DCC network. You’ll lead a team of Contract & Supplier Managers, drive strong commercial outcomes, and ensure suppliers deliver value, quality, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.

How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future.

·      Lead and develop a team of Contract & Supplier Managers, ensuring strong governance, capability and performance

·      Own and manage a complex portfolio of high‑value, long‑term supplier contracts critical to the DCC network

·      Hold suppliers to account against contractual obligations, KPIs and SLAs, driving value for money

·      Act as the senior escalation point for contractual, commercial and supplier performance issues

·      Identify and deliver cost savings, risk mitigation and continuous improvement opportunities

What you need to bring:

·      Proven experience managing complex commercial contracts in a regulated or highly controlled environment

·      Strong people leadership experience, including line management and performance development

·      Demonstrable ability to manage supplier performance, risk, disputes and contractual change

·      Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels

·      A solution‑driven, value‑focused approach with strong attention to governance and audit requirements
