Location: Leman Street, London E1 8EYSummary:We’re looking for a proactive Senior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of HVAC and mechanical service contracts. You’ll ensure works are completed on time, compliant, and to a high standard, while providing technical support to engineers and delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment for planned and reactive works Support engineers with onsite technical issues and fault‑finding Support all other admin where needed Ensure PPM tasks meet SFG20 and HVAC standards Keep site logbooks, documentation, and asset registers updated Complete RAMS, reports, quotes, and task sheets on time Carry out site audits, toolbox talks, and remedial identification Liaise with clients, tenants, subcontractors, and the helpdesk Promote Health & Safety compliance across all activities Lead and support engineers and apprentices on site What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and communication skills HVAC/Air Conditioning technical background City & Guilds in A/C & HVAC; Mechanical Engineering diploma desirable Experience with F‑Gas and HVAC systems Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office) Confident working with engineers and clients Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract administration within the building and construction industry. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
