Our client, a leading SW firm with offices in London is looking to engage with senior corporate, commercial and real estate lawyers, 6-8 PQE+

\n\n

An impressive, full-service commercial firm with strong values and exceptional people they work closely with clients nationally and internationally across the full range of specialisms.

\n\n

Ideally you will be:

\n\n

1) An experienced corporate lawyer with a strong private equity focus

\n\n

2) A commercial lawyer with exceptional drafting, negotiating and advising skills

\n\n

3) A non-contentious employment lawyer with corporate support, TUPE and senior exiting expertise

\n\n

4) A commercial property lawyer with broad real estate knowledge

\n\n

All roles require technical expertise, strong client relationship skills and superb team-work and communication skills.
