Working with a range of clients including owner-managed businesses, companies, LLPs, and partnerships, as well as high net worth individuals, trusts and some charities Work will include corporate sales and restructurings, business investment and property transactions as well as advice on employee benefits

A Corporate Tax Lawyer with a high level of technical knowledge and significant experience of corporate transactional work. Our client is open to considering lawyers of varying levels of PQE Experience of employee benefits, VAT and / or SDLT will be an advantage CTA qualified You will be able to prioritise workload, working to tight deadlines, and be comfortable providing expertise across wider teams
