Job Description Senior Cost Manager | Healthcare Portfolio| Hybrid Working

The Role
As part of the Cost & Commercial Management team, you’ll provide cost management services across a portfolio of healthcare and complex building projects, working alongside experienced consultants and senior stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
You’ll support projects from early feasibility through to completion, ensuring financial control, managing risk, and providing trusted commercial advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Cost Management
• Deliver cost management services across medium to large hospital developments and complex capital schemes
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Track costs, manage variances, and maintain strong financial controls
• Support delivery of projects or key workstreams within larger programmes
• Ensure scope, timelines, and budgets are achieved
Essential Skills & Experience
• Experience in cost or commercial management within construction or consultancy
• Healthcare experience desirable, but complex building or technical project experience also highly transferable
• Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting capability
• Experience working closely with clients and external stakeholders
• Relevant professional qualification or working towards chartered status
