A fantastic opportunity to join a well established and privately owned medium sized consultancy, with offices in both London and New York.


This universally appealing and collaborative business has a strong reputation across the residential, commercial and industrial and logistics sectors and is currently seeking a talented senior or potentially associate level cost management professional to join them. Their residential work portfolio is very strong with interesting schemes backed by major developers and investors, mostly high profile projects in the central London area. They do also have some one off heritage/prime schemes in London and the Greater London region.


This company has continued to expand steadily and sustainably and there are tangible growth opportunities within this role. The staff turnover at this business is extremely low due to their close knit and at the same time flexible approach. Qualifications


  • Senior or associate level cost management professional.
  • MRICS or working toward it.



Required Skills/ Experience


  • Experience in cost management.
  • Proven track record working for a cost management consultancy in London.
  • Private sector residential experience.




Pay range and compensation package



  • Competitive bonus system.
  • Basic salary range £70-85,000 depending on experience level.
