KeyResponsibilities:
AssistfeeearnerswiththeircaseloadswithintheCourtofProtectionteam.
Draftcorrespondenceandpreparecourtdocuments.
Liaisewithclients(includingvulnerableindividuals),casemanagers,andotherprofessionals.
Supportnewclientenquiriesandmaintainaccurateinternalrecords.
Managecallsandcaseworkefficiently,ensuringexcellentclientservice.
Maintainup-to-dateknowledgeofproceduresandrelevantlegaldevelopments.
Assistwithbillingandgeneraladministrativesupport.
Experience&SkillsRequired:
Lawdegreeorequivalentlegalqualification(LPC/PGDL).
Strong,demonstrableknowledgeofCourtofProtection(Property&Affairs)cases,theMentalCapacityAct,andtheadministrationofPersonalInjuryTrusts.
Excellentclientcareandcommunicationskills.
Ateamplayerwhocanalsoworkindependentlytodeliverresults.
Strongabilitytoprioritise,manageworkloads,andworktodeadlines.
Highlyorganisedwithstrongwrittencommunicationandattentiontodetail.
