Senior Creative Designer (AI) - Beauty

London - Hybrid (3 days in office)

Up to £55,000


A fast-growing, mission-driven consumer brand in the beauty/wellness space is looking for a Senior Designer to join their Creative & Brand team.


This is a hybrid role based in London, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You’ll partner closely with creative and growth teams to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels from paid social and CRM to OOH and print.



Responsibilities:

• Lead creative projects end-to-end, from concept through to execution

• Champion and integrate AI into creative workflows

• Mentor junior designers and uphold high creative standards

• Work across digital, print, and campaign environments

• Support art direction for shoots, including styling and post-production

• Act as a brand guardian across all touchpoints



Requirements:

• Solid experience using AI tools

• Expert in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite

• Passion for emerging tech and innovation in design

• Comfortable balancing creativity with performance and data insights

• Experience across photography, video, and campaign production

• Motion, 3D (Blender), video editing, or emerging creative tools
