Duration; 3 month initial
Sanderson is currently working with a leading retail brand to identify someone to lead the creative direction for multi-brand, multi-market content across interiors and exteriors. You'll set the visual bar, shape production and work closely with digital/design agencies-owning briefs, style direction and final sign-off. Strong, hands-on CGI experience is essential; familiarity with automation and GenAI is a plus.
What you'll do
Provide end-to-end creative direction and art direction.
Build robust briefs, guide agencies and sign off content to brand standards.
Oversee production (in-camera, CGI, automation/GenAI) with rigorous QA.
Drive consistency, speed and efficiency across brands and markets.
Mentor teams and champion modern production tools and workflows.
What you'll bring
Extensive content production background (stills, video, CGI ), with a strong creative eye.
Proven agency leadership and stakeholder influence in fast-moving environments (retail/FMCG ideal).
Experience in global/matrix organisations.
