As we continue to scale, were looking for a Senior OtC Associate to play a pivotal role in accelerating cash collection, reducing aged debt, and mentoring our OtC team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys improving processes, and wants to be a go-to expert within a critical finance function. What youll do Drive timely collections and reduce aged debt through focused prioritisation

Produce weekly Top 30 debtor reports and monthly bad debt reporting

Support customer credit reviews and aged debt analysis

Process invoices, credit notes, cash and payments accurately and on time

Maintain customer and contract data in NetSuite

Act as first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders

Mentor OtC Associates and support their development

Support audits and onboarding of new acquisitions

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across OtC processes
