Forward Role are partnering with an award winning, high growth, B2C Financial Services business to hire a CRM Specialist to join their growing CRM team.CRM Specialist£32k upwards Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 remote)Flexible start and end times Manchester City CentreBenefits include: 8% employer pension contribution, Life Assurance and Group Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established fintech platform with hundreds of thousands of customers and billions in assets, helping people take control of their financial future.It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll have the chance to test ideas, optimise campaigns and play a key role in improving customer engagement.The role: Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role sits within a wider CRM team of 10 and plays a key role in delivering customer communication strategies that support wider commercial goals.You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, working cross-functionally to create highly personalised, insight-led communications, with a growing focus on AI-driven targeting and optimisation.Responsibilities: Design and deliver insight-driven, personalised multi-channel CRM campaigns that hit commercial and customer goals.Execute campaigns flawlessly and on time through the CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud.).Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are consistent across all customer touchpoints.Track and optimise performance using testing, analytics, and data-driven insights.Maintain risk and compliance standards, making informed decisions within established frameworks. What we're looking for: Proven experience delivering multi-channel, personalised CRM campaigns at scale.Hands-on with AI-driven campaign tools (e.g., “next best action”) to optimise engagement (desirable).Able to translate CRM briefs into coordinated campaigns, working effectively across teams.Strong technical skills: database querying, email content creation, SQL, HTML/CSS, and marketing automation platforms (desirable).Experienced in testing, optimisation, prioritisation, with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
