Role: Senior Customer Consultant

You’ll be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring they feel welcome, supported, and valued, whether in-branch, via phone, or online.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and supporting customers in finding the right financial solutions.
• Delivering outstanding service to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Mentoring and supporting a team of Customer Consultants.
• Assisting the Branch Manager when needed.
• Supporting customers over the phone and through digital channels.
• Managing daily branch operations in line with policies and procedures.
• Staying updated on internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the branch network to deliver excellent service.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural people person with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
