Job Title: Senior Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £15 per hour (rising to £17 per hour within 6 months)
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Location: Tanworth in Arden, Solihull (own transport essential)

Role Responsibilities
The Senior Customer Service Administrator will:
Respond to enquiries via Live Chat, email, text and phone with professionalism and efficiency
Manage contracts and associated administrative tasks
Collaborate with teams across Membership, Development, Sales and Marketing
Solve problems proactively and contribute to overall member satisfaction
Take on Team Leader duties in the absence of the Customer Service Manager
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a customer service role
A background in supervisory/team leader/management roles
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Possess IT proficiency and a general knowledge of GDPR
Exhibit a confident and polite telephone manner
Be capable of prioritising tasks during busy periods and working independently or as part of a team
