SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (12M FTC) - LONDON UP TO £68,000 + 25% BONUS THE COMPANY An opportunity to work for an AI-driven B2B SaaS business. THE ROLE The successful Senior Customer Success Manager responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts, ensuring high retention, satisfaction, and growth. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations. Partner with customers to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and success metrics - Support renewals and expansion conversations by demonstrating business value and ROI through usage insights and case studies. Translate customer feedback into actionable product recommendations and work closely with the product team to influence roadmap priorities. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Senior Customer Success Manager will have the following skills and experience: 5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally within a SaaS, Business Intelligence, or Market Research environment. Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and driving measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of data, analytics, or insights products - with the ability to translate complex information into commercial value. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
