Senior Data Analyst (MMM/Econometrics)

West London - Hybrid - 4 days on site

Salary - up to £70,000 + bonus

The Role

  • Act as a senior analytics partner to clients, translating complex measurement and modelling concepts into clear, practical insight.
  • Lead and contribute to post campaign analysis, audience evaluation, and effectiveness measurement across digital and customer marketing activity.
  • Support client conversations around marketing measurement and econometrics, including engaging with external measurement partners and challenging assumptions, methodologies, and limitations.
  • Analyse large-scale customer and transactional datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across analytics and the wider group, providing subject matter expertise on measurement, experimentation, and effectiveness.
  • Operate with a high degree of independence while aligning to agreed analytical frameworks and standards.


Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in marketing or customer analytics within an agency or client environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement, including MMM and econometrics principles, with experience working closely with these models.
  • Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation
  • Experience analysing customer and campaign data to inform targeting, optimisation, and strategic decision making.
  • Confident working with SQL and a data visualisation tool.
  • Able to tell a clear data story and build credibility with senior client stakeholders.
