SENIOR DATA ANALYST – 12-MONTH MATERNITY COVER

LONDON – HYBRID – 2 days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

UP TO £80,000

THE ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Assess campaign effectiveness (e.g. promotions, experiments) and measure both immediate and long-term impact
  • Extract, manipulate, and join data using SQL (Snowflake, dbt)
  • Create clear, engaging dashboards in Tableau (or similar)
  • Track and report marketing KPIs (CAC, retention rates, channel ROI)
  • Spot trends, risks, and opportunities proactively
  • Collaborate with UK and global teams to ensure best practice and shared learning


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in analytics, ideally in marketing, growth, or e-commerce
  • Advanced SQL skills and ideally experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau (or similar)
  • Strong grasp of marketing metrics
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex analysis into simple insights
  • Proactive, curious, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
