Beyond experiments youll also assess the real-world impact of business changes such as pricing adjustments helping shape our strategy with clear actionable insights. Lead pre- and post-analysis for menu A / B testing ensuring data-driven decision-making. Work within the Choice tribe primarily partnering with the Kimchi tech squad while also supporting menu planning and recipe development teams. Collaborate with the Digital Product team and Product Analysts to align roadmaps share insights and drive strategic improvements. Work closely with Finance Data Science and BI teams to enhance menu insights and develop impactful data products. Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and improve operational performance through deep data analysis. Define and track the most important KPIs ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Support the Choice teams in becoming more self-sufficient with data by providing training and self-serve tools. Build dashboards to scale insights and enable proactive performance monitoring. Define tracking requirements to ensure we capture accurate high-quality data to measure success and drive strategic decisions. Contribute to the wider Analytics team embedding best-in-class tools systems and processes.

Who you are

You have hands-on experience with A / B testing delivering insightful pre- and post-test analysis to drive strategic decisions. You thrive in a cross-functional environment using data to influence decision-making and collaborating effectively with teams across Product Finance and Data Science. Youre an excellent communicator comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders translating complex data into clear actionable insights. You have strong SQL skills and are proficient in working with large datasets; experience with Python and dbt is a plus. Youre comfortable navigating ambiguity and incomplete data making informed recommendations to enable fast decision-making. Youre always looking for ways to improve processes and challenge assumptions ensuring the best outcomes for the business. You thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment balancing speed with analytical rigor to drive impactful change.
