From day one, you’ll be working on live projects, using data to uncover and prevent illicit activity.Data Engineering & Analysis – Work with large, complex financial datasets; extract, transform, and analyse data to identify suspicious behaviour and risk patternsMachine Learning & AI – Build and support models designed to detect fraud, money laundering, and other financial crime risksFinancial Crime Use Cases – Apply your work across areas such as transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and sanctions screeningData Wrangling & Tooling – Use tools such as Python, SQL, and other data/analytics platforms (not limited to these) to process and interrogate data at scaleTurning Insight into Action – Work alongside risk and compliance teams to ensure data insights translate into real-world outcomesThe RoleAs a Consultant / Senior Consultant you will:Deliver projects across fraud, AML, sanctions, and financial crime analyticsSupport or lead the development of data models and analytical solutionsContribute to live client engagements from an early stage, gaining hands-on delivery experienceAt Senior level, you will also:Own workstreams and key deliverablesEngage directly with stakeholders and support client relationshipsMentor and support more junior team membersYour ProfileWe are open to candidates across levels, but you should have:Experience or strong interest in data, analytics, or financial crimeExperience with data tools such as Python, SQL, or similar technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNote: Python and SQL are commonly used, but candidates with experience in other relevant tools, platforms, or programming languages are also encouraged to apply.Experience delivering projects in financial crime, risk, or data analyticsConfidence working with clients and taking ownership of deliveryWhy Join?Real impact: Your work directly contributes to preventing financial crimeCutting-edge work: Apply data science, AI, and analytics to real-world problemsEarly-stage exposure: Join a growing consultancy and play a visible role in its developmentLive projects from day one: No bench time—immediate hands-on experienceCareer growth: Rapid development through delivery, mentorship, and close collaborationEnvironment: Small, high-performing team in Shoreditch at the centre of London’s fintech ecosystemWhat’s on OfferExposure to a wide range of financial services clientsFast progression within a specialist consultancyStrong learning curve across both technical and financial crime domains #J-18808-Ljbffr
