How should AI and machine learning shape the future of customer insight?

We’re partnering with a game changing SaaS business operating at the intersection of AI, AdTech, and MarTech, with teams and customers across the UK, USA, and Europe. They sit on vast volumes of real-world consumer data. The kind most companies only dream of. The challenge now isn’t access. It’s intelligence, creativity, and direction.

You’re being brought in to:

Define how AI and ML are applied across customer data, not just execute pre-written ideas Influence product direction using predictive, prescriptive, and generative models Help shift the business from insight reporting to intelligence-led decision making Explore and operationalise LLMs and advanced ML techniques in a real, commercial environment Shape how AI becomes embedded across a global data platform Your work will be visible. Your impact will be felt. And your thinking will directly influence what gets built next.

The Work You’ll Do:

Build and deploy machine learning models that unlock new customer insights at scale Design AI-driven approaches that move beyond historical analysis into forward-looking intelligence Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to turn ideas into shipped capability Experiment, prototype, and challenge how data and AI are currently used Set direction as well as deliver, this is a role with real ownership

You’ll likely have:

Strong experience working with large, complex customer or behavioural datasets Deep grounding in machine learning and statistical modelling Exposure to AI engineering, including production ML and LLM-based approaches The ability to translate technical work into product and commercial impact The confidence to challenge, influence, and help set strategy You don’t need a specific industry background. You do need ambition and curiosity.

Salary & Package

£100,000–£120,000 plus bonus, hybrid working, 30+ days holidays and more.
