Position Overview
Job Title: Senior Designer (Medical Devices) Salary: C £60,000, negotiable subject to experience Location:Nottingham (with hybrid/home working flexibility) Reporting to: Head of Research & Development
Key Responsibilities
Develop and iterate products for a novel surgical visualisation platform, from early-stage concepts to fully-fledged devices Generate creative solutions to complex design challenges through ideation and rapid prototyping Conduct hands-on prototype testing to assess strengths and weaknesses Prepare documentation for design control and validation processes Independently plan and manage individual programmes and contribute to R&D strategy Collaborate with internal management and external vendors within the development programme Assist with management and development of intellectual property
