Due to continued growth in Simulation at Triumph, we have created an additional Simulation Engineer position (internal applicants only). The role will focus on gear tooth design and simulation, with the opportunity to support wider analysis work (e.g., FEA/CFD) across chassis and powertrain systems. Duties and Responsibilities
Perform gear tooth design and analysis, including durability and noise optimisation Deliver simulation work such as FEA, CFD and other analyses to support motorcycle design across new and existing projects Develop, maintain and document analysis methodologies and procedures Ensure consistent, high‑quality simulation modelling in collaboration with the wider simulation and vehicle teams Drive continuous improvement in design practices, tools and processes Produce technical documentation including reports, procedures, specifications and drawings
Skills & Experience required
Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) Excellent IT, analytical and numerical skills FEA simulation incl. stress/fatigue analysis (desirable) SMT MASTA experience (advantage) Creo Simulate FEA experience (advantage)
