Up to £95,000 + Package + Large Bonus of up to 50% salary ️ Main Contractor

A leading main contractor operating at the forefront of commercial delivery in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Design Manager to support a growing pipeline of Cat A and Cat B fit-out schemes.

This is a pivotal opportunity for a design professional with a solid background in commercial interiors, cut and carve, or new build office developments to step into a strategic leadership role within a high-performing team.

Role Overview:

You’ll lead the design process on fast-paced commercial projects, working closely with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and technically sound schemes—on time and on budget.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in Cat A / Cat B fit-out
• Background in commercial cut & carve or new build office schemes is desirable
• History of working with or for a main contractor
• Confident managing the full design coordination process, from pre-con to handover
• Able to build trust with stakeholders and proactively resolve design challenges
