Role & Responsibilities
As Senior Design Manager, you will be site-based and responsible for managing the design process throughout the project lifecycle.
Key accountabilities include:
Efficiently managing design management tools to plan, track, and monitor: Design quality and compliance Timely production of design deliverables Progress of consultant and subcontractor design at all project stagesEnsuring best practice principles are followed, including:
Design assurance and buildability reviews Alignment of design deliverables with the commercial strategySupporting the wider team by:
Monitoring design-related risks Identifying and converting opportunities Recording, assessing, and managing the impact of design changesAccurately recording all design-related project interactions, including:
