Senior Design Manager | Major Projects | Bristol 💼 Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE) 📍 Location: Bristol 🏗️ The Role As Senior Design Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating the design process across major construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
Leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams Managing design risk, change control and technical queries Ensuring designs meet programme, cost and compliance requirements Supporting pre‑construction activities, tender processes and bid submissions
✅ About You
Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager Background working for a main contractor on large projects Strong understanding of design & build delivery Experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary design teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
