Senior Design Manager

B2B Technology | London / Hybrid

I'm working with a growing international B2B technology business looking for a Senior Design Manager to take ownership of brand and creative output across EMEA.

This is a hands-on role in a lean team, working closely with a London-based marketing partner and supported by a freelance designer. You’ll be the go-to for creative in the region, comfortable working independently while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.


The role

You’ll lead creative across EMEA, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines while adapting them for regional markets.

A big part of the role is working closely with product and marketing teams to bring complex ideas to life visually, often before they fully exist. You’ll translate technical concepts into clear, compelling creative that supports both marketing and commercial teams.

You’ll also act as the face of design across the region, building strong relationships across marketing, sales, HR, finance and leadership, and helping teams communicate more clearly and consistently.


What you’ll be doing
  • Leading creative projects end to end, from brief through to delivery
  • Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Rolling out and embedding global brand guidelines across EMEA
  • Creating high-quality marketing, product and sales materials across digital and print
  • Working closely with product teams to visualise new concepts, services and environments
  • Translating complex or technical ideas into clear visual outputs, including diagrams, presentations and supporting materials
  • Supporting stakeholders across marketing, sales, HR and finance with presentations, proposals and internal communications
  • Partnering with teams across different markets to deliver localised creative
  • Managing and guiding a freelance designer to ensure quality and consistency
  • Producing and refining PowerPoint decks and sales materials
  • Creating more technical visuals where needed (for example diagrams, layouts or illustrative environments)
  • Overseeing and organising brand assets, templates and content libraries
  • Improving processes and workflows to make creative delivery more efficient
  • Using tools such as Asana (or similar) to manage projects and priorities

  • What they’re looking for


    • Experience working in-house or closely embedded within a business
    • Experience in B2B technology or complex commercial environments
    • Confident translating technical or abstract concepts into clear visual output
    • Comfortable working closely with product, marketing and commercial teams
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across functions
    • Confident owning and delivering creative projects independently
    • A strong eye for detail, layout and visual storytelling
    • Able to balance creative thinking with commercial and business needs
    • Comfortable working in a lean environment where you are the primary creative resource
    • Proactive, self-sufficient and able to take ideas and run with them
    • Calm, organised and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Technical skills:

    • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite
    • Strong PowerPoint / presentation design skills
    • Experience with motion / video or visualisation work is a plus


    Nice to have
    • Experience working with technical, architectural or spatial concepts
    • Exposure to diagrammatic, systems or information design
    • Additional European language skills
    • Exposure to 3D or visualisation tools
