Were looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the design delivery of large-scale distribution centre projects (£24m£100m). This is your chance to take full ownership of multi-disciplinary designs, coordinate with consultants, and drive projects from concept through to completion.

What youll be doing:

Lead and manage the design team across architecture, MEP, civil & structural.
Ensure designs are delivered on time, within budget, and fully coordinated.
Interface with project delivery teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Resolve design issues early, keeping projects on track.
Monitor quality, risk, and compliance across all design outputs.
About you:

Proven experience on large-scale distribution or logistics projects.
Strong multi-disciplinary design knowledge (BIM/AutoCAD/Revit advantageous).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Confident making design decisions that balance quality, cost, and programme.
