Senior Design Manager Permanent £competitive+ (DOE) + package North West Manchester

Join a Tier 1 main contractor with an excellent pipeline of works in the Manchester region. My client is a leading Tier 1 main building contractor with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Due to an increase in recent contracts they currently require a Senior Design Manager's to join their team. They a variety of large new build projects in commercial and education from £50million to £100million.

They require an experienced Senior Design Manager to run design phases both starting in pre construction through to on site delivery. The Senior Design Manager they are looking for must be experienced in delivering projects for a main building contractor. You will be in charge of managing the design team chairing meeting and dealing a lot direct with the client. To consider you will have proven experience of the following; • Contracting experience of at least 5 years. • Various forms of construction technology. • Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; inc. Excel, Word, Outlook and Project. • Management of multiple projects or Projects of a complex nature or high value
