You'll be someone who loves making people feel welcome, has exceptional customer service experience, an eye for interiors, and bring energy and organisation to everything you do.What you'll be doing As Senior Design Services Lead, you will be the central point for design-led services within your region, championing exceptional customer experiences at every stage. Acting as the key link between the central design support function and the Head of Design Stores, you will ensure a seamless, consistent approach to service delivery across all touchpoints. With a focus on service excellence, you lead by example, embedding best-in-class standards across both your hub store and wider area, while driving efficiency, collaboration, and operational rigour throughout the end-to-end journey of kitchen and home design projects, always placing the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.Day to day, you'll:Lead performance across a regional design pipeline, converting opportunities into sales while protecting margin, quality, and customer trustAct as the go-to expert for kitchen and whole-home design services, ensuring consistency, technical excellence, and brand standards across all design storesCoach, support, and inspire Design Leads and Designers through clear direction, regular project reviews, and hands-on problem solvingChampion world class customer experience while balancing commercial targets, operational efficiency, and flawless project deliveryBridge design stores and central design teams, stepping up for the Head of Design Stores when needed and helping shape the future of design services across the areaA little about you You'll bring leadership experience within a design-led environment, confidently managing projects across multiple sites with strong organisation and attention to detail.
