We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Designer to lead thier design office in delivering high-quality engineering and architectural projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of design development, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet client specifications, deadlines, and regulatory standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence project outcomes through strategic planning and creative problem-solving. Responsibilities Lead and manage the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Oversee the utilisation of design software such Autodesk to develop accurate schedules and detailed technical drawings. Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. in co-ordination with Main contractors Manage project timelines effectively through excellent time management skills, prioritising tasks to meet strict deadlines.
