Key Requirements

• Proven experience operating at Senior Designer level within an agency environment
• Ability to lead creative thinking as well as execute high-quality design work
• Strong conceptual skills and a portfolio that shows integrated campaign thinking
• Experience working with tech and B2B clients (essential)
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, and production
