The Studio

This design studio operates at the intersection of interior architecture, furniture, and object design, creating highly refined residential projects defined by restraint and longevity. The studio develops its own furniture and showcases it within their own showroom.

As a small, highly considered team, designers have meaningful authorship and responsibility, contributing directly to design decisions across all stages of a project.

The Opportunity

This is a senior designer role working closely with the creative directors, with responsibility for leading luxury residential projects from concept through to completion. You will be involved across interior architecture, FF&E, and bespoke elements, managing design development, procurement, and delivery while maintaining the studio’s exacting standards.

The role offers genuine involvement in all aspects of a project, from early spatial and material concepts through to detailed design, supplier coordination, and final installation.

The Candidate

• Lead residential projects from concept to completion with the support of the senior team
• Develop space planning, material palettes, and FF&E schemes aligned with the studio’s design language and client budgets
• Source, specify, and procure FF&E, coordinating the full procurement and installation process
• Produce detailed design intent drawing packs, including bespoke joinery and furniture detailing
• Review supplier and maker technical drawings prior to production
• Prepare detailed specifications and manage client budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and craftspeople to ensure design intent and quality are delivered on site
• Confidently lead and contribute to client presentations alongside the creative directors
• 5+ years’ experience within luxury residential design
• Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and budgets
• Strong knowledge of high-quality suppliers, finishes, and bespoke fabrication
• Proficient in Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
