This includes interpreting project briefs, liaising with project managers and engineers, and ensuring designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Detail Designer in the Marine engineering industry, specifically requirements are for Structural or Outfit Design- Proficiency in FORAN CAD software and other design tools- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEducation: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering fieldExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in detail design within the engineering sectorKnowledge and Skills: - In-depth understanding of engineering principles and practises- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications: - Professional accreditation or membership in a relevant engineering body- Experience working on large-scale engineering projectsWorking Conditions: This role is based in an office setting, working regular full-time hours.
