Developing planning strategies for large-scale renewable energy projects across England Coordinating planning applications and Environmental Statements for major infrastructure schemes Managing planning consents, permissions and regulatory processes for multiple developments Acting as the primary contact for Local Planning Authorities, consultants and project stakeholders Procuring and managing specialist consultants including environmental and EIA advisors Supporting project teams with planning strategy, programme development and regulatory guidance What you’ll bring to the table as a Senior Development Planner
Degree-level education in Town and Country Planning or a closely related discipline Chartered status with RTPI or IEMA Previous experience coordinating planning applications or Development Consent Orders Strong experience liaising with Local Planning Authorities and planning stakeholders Extensive knowledge of UK planning policy, infrastructure planning processes and environmental assessments If you’re ready to step into a strategic planning role shaping nationally significant renewable energy projects, apply now for the Senior Development Planner position.
