Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong agency experience, a solid understanding of social and digital advertising, great written skills, sharp attention to detail and a genuinely creative streak.

Youll take a consultative role with clients and manage a portfolio of accounts, supporting the wider team to deliverhigh-quality outcomes for clients.

Youll typically be project-managing activity for multiple clients at once, so being organised, calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks will be key.

Key Skills

Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to lead and guide and report on client activity. Youll work closely with our paid media, social SEO & brand specialists to make sure projects run smoothly and clients feel fully supported. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Leading the strategy and direction across paid media, social and SEO activity, ensuring the teams output meets the brief
  • Overseeing work delivered by channel specialists, checking quality, accuracy and brand alignment
  • Briefing internal teams clearly and ensuring all activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Reviewing performance reports prepared by the team and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
  • Running regular client calls, catch-ups and review meetings
  • Managing timelines, budgets and expectations, and keeping clients updated as work progresses
  • Collaborating with creatives, strategists and performance teams to shape campaign ideas and refine ongoing activity
  • Spotting growth opportunities within your accounts and working with senior leadership on next steps
  • Attending client events and industry conferences when needed
