And you can play your part too, we are looking for a new Senior Digital Analyst ideally with an agency background and experience of product analytics to join our dedicated Digital Channels team. This is an exciting new role in which you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference and see the impact you're making.
How you'll make a difference
We're looking for a new Senior Digital Analyst to perform in-depth analysis of the performance of our marketing campaigns for our digital products and services. Covering digital sales performance, customer analytics, digital acquisition and attribution performance and web analysis you will identify areas of opportunity to improve the performance of all of our digital products and services. You'll also interpret complicated data, formulating hypothesis and conveyancing concise analysis to internal stakeholders, helping them make better informed decisions.
You'll be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal clients. Ultimately, we'll want our clients to feel you've helped facilitate the right choice. You'll bring good commercial awareness and strategic skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional, multi-discipline environment.

What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience of website analysis (how site functionality works, investigating areas of potential for the digital team to work on, recommendations to optimise website performance and conversion)
- Strong experience of product marketing campaign analysis using Google Analytics, ideally within an agency setting
- Experience of acquisition, attribution and ecommerce, with use of Big Query and SQL
- Strong knowledge of website monitoring and evaluation tools, including AB testing and conversion optimisation
- Knowledge of best practice user experience, digital design principles and online marketing practices
- Knowledge of ContentSquare (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience within a fast-paced digital focused environment. This should include analysis, hypothesis formation, dashboard preparation, stakeholder management and presentation
- Investigative mind-set with excellent analytics skills
- Advanced data manipulation but strong ability to present data in a way that is simple to interpret for a non-technical audience
