About the Role Senior BIM Manager – Fixed Term Contract (12 months). The role is region‑wide, supporting best‑practice digital project delivery before and during construction across the country. The position requires a strong understanding of BIM principles and the ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate BIM activities across multiple project sites. Ensure alignment with the Department for Education 2021 framework and other regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement and raise the bar for project delivery quality. Collaborate with contractors, designers and stakeholders to promote BIM excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing BIM in large construction projects. Experience working on the Department for Education 2021 framework essential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work across multiple locations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
