Join to apply for the Senior Digital Delivery Manager role at UDML College of Engineering, JECRC Foundation, Jaipur Overview The Senior Delivery Manager is a key role in the delivery of our digital strategy, responsible for leading complex digital projects and programmes, managing a team of Delivery Managers, and ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets. Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex DDAT projects and programmes, ensuring high quality outputs on time and within budget. Build and maintain motivated, multidisciplinary delivery teams and mentor team members on Agile and Lean practices. Lead a team of Delivery Managers, supporting their professional development and providing strategic guidance. Diagnose complex digital challenges, analyse data, and recommend effective solutions. Develop and monitor project plans, business cases, and financial models to secure funding and manage budgets. Ensure compliance with Trust Standing Financial Instructions and align financial planning with the capital programme. Develop specifications, communication plans, and post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned. Facilitate change management best practices and coordinate with stakeholders including clinicians and executive directors. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and the Senior Responsible Officer.
Person Specification
Master’s degree level or equivalent professional experience. Commitment to ongoing training and development. Advanced project management qualification (e.g., Professional Scrum Master II, Professional Agile Leadership, MSP or ITIL). Proven experience delivering large digital projects and programmes in the NHS or public sector. Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) expertise and experience using tools such as Jira or Trello. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial compliance within a matrix structure. Excellent communication skills – able to present complex information to stakeholders of all levels. Vendor management experience and ability to influence leadership and secure commitment to change. Knowledge of NHS Service Standards, GDS, or healthcare IT is desirable.
