We are looking for a Senior Digital Lead to join a premier London consultancy, acting as the primary digital advisor for some of the world’s most advanced Data Centre developments. This isn't just about "fixing clashes" it’s about managing the digital integrity of high-stakes, multi-billion-pound assets.
The Role
You will be the "Digital Gatekeeper" for the client, ensuring that complex MEP data across all project divisions (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Cooling) is perfectly synchronized.

Hands-on Navisworks: You will perform deep-dive audits on federated models to ensure contractor submissions meet the highest technical standards.

ISO 19650 Governance: You will manage the Information Delivery Cycle, ensuring data is linked, compliant, and ready for future facility management.
*
Client Advisory: You will lead digital coordination meetings, providing the client with a "Single Source of Truth" regarding project health, risk, and compliance.
About You
We need a hybrid professional—someone with the technical "muscle" to jump into a model and the "soft skills" to lead a boardroom presentation.

The Tech: Expert-level Navisworks Manage and Revit. If you have experience with PowerBI or data automation, that’s a major plus.

The Domain: A strong background in MEP is preffered.
*
The Standards: A thorough understanding of ISO 19650 and the ability to enforce it across multiple divisions.

The Eye: Strong visualization skills—you know how to make a complex MEP model look "presentation-ready."
