What will you get up to?
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
Own and deliver the digital strategy across CRM, website and paid media, leading high-impact campaigns for peak trading moments while ensuring the brand shows up consistently, creatively and commercially.
Lead CRM and audience growth, building targeted email programmes and lifecycle journeys that increase booking frequency, customer value and long-term loyalty.
Drive performance marketing, managing agency partners across paid social and search, running structured test-and-learn activity, and holding agencies accountable on ROI, CPA and clear reporting.
Own website performance and digital trading, improving conversion, UX and SEO, managing event pages and booking journeys, and working closely with operations to enhance the pre-visit guest experience.
Use data, insight and dashboards to track performance, inform decisions and clearly communicate how digital activity translates into real commercial results.
Champion digital best practice, collaborating cross-functionally and supporting the development of junior team members in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What youll need to bring?
5+ years digital marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, leisure or a consumer-led, multi-site business, with hands-on experience across CRM, paid media and web.
Strong analytical capability, including GA4 reporting and attribution, performance optimisation, agency management with commercial accountability, and confidence delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns at pace.
